- salt - 1/2 tsp
- ginger - 1/4 tsp
- lemon juice - 2 tsp
- butter or oleo - 1 Tbsp
- honey - 1 Tbsp
- diced green pepper - 1/4 c
- sliced carrots - 2 3
- minced fresh dill - 2 Tbsp
How to make dilled carrots:
In a saucepan, cook carrots in a small amount of water until crisp-tender; drain. Add remaining ingredients. Cook over low heat for 1 to 2 minutes or until hot. Yields 3 to 4 servings.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Appetizers, Side dish.
