Ingredients/Components
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- low-fat cottage cheese - 1 c
- sliced green onion - 2 Tbsp
- snipped fresh parsley - 2 Tbsp
- dried dill weed - 1 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
- dash of garlic powder - 1 item
- red sweet pepper, chopped - 1/2 tsp
How to make dill dip:
Place all in blender. Cover and blend until smooth. Chill, covered, at least 1 hour before serving. Serve with sweet pepper strips, zucchini sticks and other vegetables. Makes enough for 8.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Appetizers, Dips.
