Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 tsp
- sour cream - 1 c
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- mustard - 1 tsp
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- mayonnaise
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- small jar pimentos - 1 item
- green onions - 1/3 c
- bell pepper - 1/3 c
- celery - 1/3 c
- Cheddar cheese, grated - 1 c
- sweet pickle relish - 1 tsp
- chopped mushrooms - 1/2 c
- hard-boiled eggs, sliced lengthwise - 9 item
How to make deviled egg casserole:
Filling for Eggs:2 Tbsp. mayonnaise1 tsp. mustard1/2 tsp. sugar1/4 tsp. salt dash of pepper1 tsp. sweet pickle relish Mix egg yolks with filling. Stuff into whites. Place eggs in baking dish. Saute onions, pepper and celery. Pour over eggs. Mix other ingredients, except cheese. Pour over eggs. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 20 minutes at 350°.Hint: Change filling to suit your taste. I like more mustard and pickle relish.
