• egg - 1 item
• biscuit mix
• sharp Cheddar cheese, grated - 1 c
• can beer - 1 oz

How to make beer cheese bread:

Mix all ingredients. Beat vigorously for 30 seconds. Pour into greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan. Bake at 350° until golden, 45 to 50 minutes. Cool and cut generous slices, 1/2-inch thick for best flavor.
