Swiss vegetable medley
Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1/3 c
- shredded cheese - 1 c
- cream of mushroom soup - 1 c
- French-fried onions - 1 c
- large bag frozen vegetables mixed broccoli, cauliflower and carrots - 1 item
How to make swiss vegetable medley:
Put 1/2 cup onions and 1/2 cup cheese with rest of ingredients. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Then sprinkle with remaining onions and cheese. Return to oven for 5 more minutes.Recipe categories: Eggs/dairy, Side dish, Cheese.
