Ingredients/Components
- garlic powder - 1/2 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 Tbsp
- soy sauce - 1/4 c
- black pepper - 1/4 tsp
- onion powder - 1/4 tsp
- liquid smoke - 1 Tbsp
- hickory salt - 1/4 tsp
- deer meat, cut in thin strips - 2 lb
How to make deer jerky:
Mix together all ingredients except for meat. Combine mixture and meat in a bowl. Cover and soak overnight. Run toothpicks through meat and hang on rack in oven. Bake at 150° for about 8 hours.Recipe categories: Meat, Wild game, Deer.
