Ingredients/Components

  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • ground ginger - 1/2 tsp
  • soy sauce - 4 Tbsp
  • can tomato sauce
  • worcestershire sauce - 4 Tbsp
  • black pepper, use more for hotter jerky - 1/4 tsp
  • curry powder, optional - 1 Tbsp
  • McCormick Salt Free Garlic & Herb Seasoning - 1 Tbsp
  • McCormick Salt Free All Purpose Seasoning - 1 Tbsp

How to make deer jerky:

Mix all ingredients together. Marinate the meat for 4 to 6 hours or overnight in covered dish in refrigerator. Then drain. Place on dehydrator to dry for 8 hours.
