Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- ground ginger - 1/2 tsp
- soy sauce - 4 Tbsp
- can tomato sauce
- worcestershire sauce - 4 Tbsp
- black pepper, use more for hotter jerky - 1/4 tsp
- curry powder, optional - 1 Tbsp
- McCormick Salt Free Garlic & Herb Seasoning - 1 Tbsp
- McCormick Salt Free All Purpose Seasoning - 1 Tbsp
How to make deer jerky:
Mix all ingredients together. Marinate the meat for 4 to 6 hours or overnight in covered dish in refrigerator. Then drain. Place on dehydrator to dry for 8 hours.Recipe categories: Meat, Wild game, Deer.
