Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 Tbsp
- garlic powder - 1/2 tsp
- pepper - 1 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1/3 c
- soy sauce - 1/4 c
- onion powder - 1/2 tsp
- liquid smoke - 1 tsp
- venison - 2 3
How to make deer jerky:
Cover strips of venison completely with sauce. Soak meat for 6 to 8 hours in sauce in glass bowl. Put foil in bottom of stove, hang strips on oven racks on toothpicks. Push the toothpicks through one end. Heat oven to 170° or 200°, leave them for 4 hours.Recipe categories: Meat, Wild game, Deer.
