  • salt - 1 Tbsp
  • garlic powder - 1/2 tsp
  • pepper - 1 tsp
  • Worcestershire sauce - 1/3 c
  • soy sauce - 1/4 c
  • onion powder - 1/2 tsp
  • liquid smoke - 1 tsp
  • venison - 2 3

How to make deer jerky:

Cover strips of venison completely with sauce. Soak meat for 6 to 8 hours in sauce in glass bowl. Put foil in bottom of stove, hang strips on oven racks on toothpicks. Push the toothpicks through one end. Heat oven to 170° or 200°, leave them for 4 hours.
