Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- water - 3 tsp
- garlic powder - 1/3 tsp
- pepper - 1/3 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1/4 c
- soy sauce - 1/4 c
- m - 1/4 tsp
- onion powder - 1 tsp
- liquid smoke - 1 tsp
- deer meat or lean beef - 1 item
How to make deer jerky:
Cut meat into thin strips. Brush meat on both sides. Put on cookie sheet or hang from toothpicks on rack in oven. Heat oven to lowest temperature setting. Baste and turn meat often.Recipe categories: Meat, Wild game, Deer.
