Ingredients/Components

  • salt - 1 tsp
  • garlic powder - 1 tsp
  • pepper - 1 tsp
  • Worcestershire sauce - 2 Tbsp
  • soy sauce - 1/2 c
  • onion powder - 1 tsp
  • liquid smoke - 1 tsp
  • A - 2 tsp
  • meat, sliced thin - 3 lb

How to make jerky:

Mix all ingredients. Dip meat. Let set covered overnight. Dry on racks in oven on low heat at 200° to 250°. Turn as needed, 3 to 3 1/2 hours, or can be dried in an electric smoker.
