Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- garlic powder - 1 tsp
- pepper - 1 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 2 Tbsp
- soy sauce - 1/2 c
- onion powder - 1 tsp
- liquid smoke - 1 tsp
- A - 2 tsp
- meat, sliced thin - 3 lb
How to make jerky:
Mix all ingredients. Dip meat. Let set covered overnight. Dry on racks in oven on low heat at 200° to 250°. Turn as needed, 3 to 3 1/2 hours, or can be dried in an electric smoker.Recipe categories: Beef, Deer, Moose.
