Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- vanilla - 1/2 tsp
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
- eggs, slightly beaten - 4 item
- milk, scalded - 3 c
How to make custard pie:
Combine eggs, salt and sugar; add milk and vanilla slowly. Add one cup of shredded coconut. Pour in crust. Bake at hot (450°) for 10 minutes.
