Custard pie
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla extract - 2 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- water - 1 c
- can evaporated milk - 1 item
- dash of cinnamon - 1 item
- pie shell - 1 item
How to make custard pie:
In large bowl, mix all ingredients except cinnamon (taste mixture - you may need to add sugar). Pour into unbaked pie shell. (If you have too much, bake extra in custard cups.) Sprinkle cinnamon on top. Bake at 420° for 10 minutes. Reduce to 350° for 25 to 30 minutes, until set. Do not overcook.
