  • sugar
  • cornstarch
  • vinegar - 1 Tbsp
  • margarine - 2 Tbsp
  • egg, beaten - 1 item
  • can chunk pineapple - 1 oz
  • Velveeta, cubed - 1 c

How to make pineapple-cheese salad:

Dressing:1/3 c. sugar2 rounded Tbsp. cornstarch2 Tbsp. margarine1 egg, beaten1 Tbsp. vinegar Drain pineapple and reserve syrup.

Melt margarine; add cornstarch and sugar, then add egg and pineapple juice. Cook in double boiler. When cool, add 1 tablespoon vinegar. Pour over pineapple and cheese. Let set overnight.
