Ingredients/Components
- brown sugar - 1/4 c
- butter - 1 item
- can pineapple chunks - 1 oz
- can sliced peaches - 1 oz
- curry - 1/4 tsp
- can pears, sliced - 1 oz
How to make curried fruit:
Drain juice from all fruits. Place in 8-inch pan. Combine brown sugar and curry powder and sprinkle over fruit. Dot with butter. Let set at least 30 minutes, longer is better and bake at 350° for 30 minutes.This dish is especially good with ham and pork.
