- milk - 1/2 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- diced ham
- diced Cheddar cheese - 2 oz
- diced Monterey Jack cheese - 2 oz
- frozen broccoli cuts, thawed - 3/4 c
How to make crustless ham and cheese quiche:
Preheat oven to 375°. Spray 9-inch pie pan with Baker's Joy. Scatter ham, broccoli and cheese evenly in pan. Whisk remaining ingredients in a bowl until blended. Pour in pan. Bake 40 minutes or until firm.Recipe categories: Breakfast, Omelets and frittatas, Savory pies.
