  • beef bouillon cubes - 4 item
  • 1/2 cups milk - 1 item
  • quart water - 1 item
  • green onions chopped - 6 item
  • teaspoon salt - 1/2 item
  • cup finely chopped red onion - 1/2 item
  • package onion soup mix - 1 item
  • teaspoon black pepper - 1 item
  • tablespoon parsley flakes - 1 item
  • 1/2 dozen eggs - 1 item
  • pound mild sausage - 1 item
  • carrots sliced 1/2 inch thick - 4 item
  • cup finely chopped celery & leaves - 1/2 item
  • cup finely chopped green bell pepper - 1/2 item
  • tablespoon ground sage - 1 item
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper - 1 item
  • pound southern style hash browns - 1 item
  • cups mild Cheddar & Monterey Jack shredded cheese - 4 item
  • pounds of beef cubed - 3 item
  • stalks of celery slice 3/4 inch thick - 5 item
  • red potatoes quartered - 6 item
  • green pepper cubed - 1 item
  • mushrooms cubed - 5 item

How to make breakfast casserole:

Put on low and cook over night or around 8 hours. Add 4 packages of brown gravy mix and stir. Cook on low for 30 minutes then turn on warm. Serve with homemade bread and salad.
