  • eggs - 4 item
  • carton sour cream
  • all-purpose flour - 1/4 c
  • butter, melted - 2 Tbsp
  • grated Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
  • onion powder - 1 tsp
  • shredded Monterey Jack cheese - 2 c
  • fresh mushrooms, sliced - 1/2 lb
  • carton small curd cottage cheese
  • chopped cooked ham - 1/2 c
  • to 8 drops hot sauce - 6 item

How to make crustless ham quiche:

Saut? mushrooms in butter until lightly browned; drain well and set aside. Combine next 7 ingredients in container of electric blender; process until well blended. Combine egg mixture, mushrooms, cheese and ham. Pour into greased 10-inch quiche dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until set. Quiche should be puffed and golden brown. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
