  • milk - 1 Tbsp
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • 3 oz - 3/4 c
  • egg, beaten - 1 item
  • paprika - 1 tsp
  • dash of pepper - 1 item
  • margarine, melted - 1/4 c
  • dry bread crumbs - 1/4 c
  • broiler-fryer, cut up - 2 to
  • can French-fried onions, crushed - 3 oz

How to make crunchy parmesan chicken:

Combine onion, cheese, crumbs and seasonings. Dip chicken in combined egg and milk; coat with cheese mixture. Place in 11 3/4 x 7 1/2-inch baking dish. Pour margarine over chicken. Bake at 350° for 55 to 60 minutes or until golden brown. Serves 4.
