Crunchy parmesan chicken
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1 Tbsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- egg, beaten - 1 item
- paprika - 1 tsp
- Parmesan cheese - 3/4 c
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- margarine, melted - 1/4 c
- chicken breasts - 2 to
- dry bread crumbs - 1/4 c
- can French fried onions, crushed - 1 oz
How to make crunchy parmesan chicken:
Combine onion, cheese, crumbs and seasonings. Dip chicken in combined egg and milk; coat with cheese mixture. Place in 9 x 13-inch dish or pan. Pour margarine over chicken. Bake at 350° for 55 to 60 minutes or until golden brown. Makes 4 servings.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Poultry.
