How to make crunchy parmesan chicken:
Combine onion, cheese, crumbs and seasonings. Dip chicken in combined egg and milk; coat with cheese mixture. Place in an 11 3/4 x 7 1/2-inch baking dish. Pour margarine over chicken; bake at 350°, 55 to 60 minutes or until golden brown. Yields 4 servings.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Poultry.
