Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 tsp
- salt - 3/4 tsp
- margarine - 1 Tbsp
- chopped onion - 1/4 c
- chopped celery - 1/2 c
- chopped green pepper - 1/2 c
- shredded cabbage - 2 c
- diced peeled tomatoes - 1 c
How to make creole cabbage:
Melt in skillet margarine, then add celery, cabbage, tomatoes, green pepper, salt, sugar and onion. Cover. Cook over medium-low heat until done.Recipe categories: Main dish, Ground beef, One Dish meal.
