Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 1/2 tsp
  • salt - 3/4 tsp
  • margarine - 1 Tbsp
  • chopped onion - 1/4 c
  • chopped celery - 1/2 c
  • chopped green pepper - 1/2 c
  • shredded cabbage - 2 c
  • diced peeled tomatoes - 1 c

How to make creole cabbage:

Melt in skillet margarine, then add celery, cabbage, tomatoes, green pepper, salt, sugar and onion. Cover. Cook over medium-low heat until done.
