  • milk - 2 c
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • flour - 2 tsp
  • butter - 2 Tbsp
  • chopped onion - 2 3
  • stalk celery, chopped - 1 item
  • head cauliflower, grated - 1/2 item

How to make cream of cauliflower soup:

Bring cauliflower, onion and celery to a boil in 2 cups water. Simmer until tender. Mix together flour, milk, salt and butter. Stir into cauliflower. Simmer 1 to 1 1/2 minutes, stirring constantly, adding more milk if it is too thick. Garnish with parsley and paprika.
