Cream of cauliflower soup
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 2 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 2 tsp
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- chopped onion - 2 3
- stalk celery, chopped - 1 item
- head cauliflower, grated - 1/2 item
How to make cream of cauliflower soup:
Bring cauliflower, onion and celery to a boil in 2 cups water. Simmer until tender. Mix together flour, milk, salt and butter. Stir into cauliflower.
