- milk
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 6 Tbsp
- butter - 6 Tbsp
- water - 2 qt
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- chopped onion - 1 item
- medium potatoes - 6 item
- celery stalks, diced - 6 item
- carrots medium size - 2 item
How to make potato soup:
Combine onion, potatoes, carrots, celery stalks and water; cook until tender. Save the liquid. Stir flour into butter, salt and pepper. Gradually add milk; stir until thickened, then add vegetables and enough liquid to make soup a desired consistency.
