Turkey rice soup
Ingredients/Components
- chopped parsley - 1 Tbsp
- diced celery - 3/4 c
- rice - 1/4 c
- diced carrots - 1/2 c
- finely diced onion - 1/4 c
- turkey stock - 4 c
- or more diced turkey - 1 c
How to make turkey rice soup:
Heat stock to boiling. Add vegetables and rice to stock and cook slowly. Add turkey. Simmer for 10 minutes longer. Remove from heat; add chopped parsley before serving. Makes 5 servings.Note: Correct seasonings to personal taste with additional herbs or spices.
