- pkg - 1 oz
- milk - 2 c
- salt - 3/4 tsp
- flour - 5 Tbsp
- margarine - 6 Tbsp
- chopped onion - 1 Tbsp
- chicken broth - 1 c
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- dash of nutmeg optional - 1 item
How to make cream of broccoli soup:
Defrost broccoli. Press to remove excess moisture. Let stand 5 to 10 minutes. In 2-quart casserole, combine margarine and onion. Microwave until onion is tender. Add remaining ingredients except broccoli. Microwave 8 to 10 minutes or until mixture thickens, stirring occasionally. Add broccoli.
