Curried chicken puffs
Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- pkg - 1 oz
- milk - 1 Tbsp
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- flour - 1/2 c
- water
- dash of salt - 1 item
- margarine - 1/4 c
- chopped onion - 2 Tbsp
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- slivered almonds - 1/3 c
- chopped, cooked chicken
- dash of curry powder - 1 item
How to make curried chicken puffs:
Puffs:1/2 c. water1/4 c. margarine1/2 c. flour dash of salt2 eggs Combine softened cream cheese, milk and seasonings, mixing until well blended. Add chicken, nuts and onions, mixing lightly. Cut tops from puffs and fill with mixture; replace tops. Bake at 375° for 5 minutes.Puffs: Bring water and margarine to boil. Add flour and salt; stir vigorously over low heat until mixture forms a ball. Remove from heat and cool. Add eggs, one at a time. Drop teaspoonfuls of batter onto ungreased baking sheet.
