- frozen broccoli, thawed - 2 pkg
- to 4 soup cans milk - 3 item
- Mexican Velveeta cheese, diced - 1 (8
How to make cream of broccoli soup:
Saute onion in a 5-quart pot. Add soups and milk and heat on medium. Do not boil. Add broccoli and continue cooking on medium about 10 minutes. Add Velveeta cheese and heat until melted.
