Lemon bisque
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- pkg - 1 oz
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- hot water
- lemon juice - 4 Tbsp
- vanilla wafers or graham cracker crumbs - 2 c
- can tall evaporated milk - 1 item
How to make lemon bisque:
Dissolve jello in hot water. Add salt, sugar and lemon juice. Chill until almost congealed. Place milk in freezer until almost frozen. Whip until stiff; add lemon mixture. Spread crumbs on bottom of large dish. Pour in whipped mixture. Refrigerate until congealed. May also be frozen. Serves 12.Recipe categories: Desserts, Soups & stews, Bisques/cream soups.
