Chicken spaghetti
Ingredients/Components
- Velveeta cheese - 1 lb
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- can Ro-Tel tomatoes - 1 item
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- can cream of celery soup - 1 item
- onion, chopped - 1 item
- spaghetti - 1 lb
- stalks celery, chopped - 3 item
- bell pepper, chopped - 1 item
- large fryer - 1 item
- Cheddar cheese or more - 1 c
How to make chicken spaghetti:
Cook and debone chicken (reserve broth). Add bell pepper, onion and celery to broth and cook until wilted, then add spaghetti. While spaghetti is cooking, heat soups, Ro-Tel and Velveeta in saucepan; pour over drained spaghetti. Put in a large baking dish and bake at 350° until hot and bubbly. When done, sprinkle Cheddar cheese on top and return to oven until cheese melts.Recipe categories: Chicken, Spaghetti, Whole chicken.
