Ingredients/Components
- 8 ounce package philadelphia cream cheese - 1 item
- - 1 pound packages powdered sugar - 2 item
- flavoring - 1 item
- food coloring - 1 item
How to make cream cheese mints:
Sift sugar. Have cream cheese at room temperature. With fingers, cream cheese and sugar together thoroughly. Divide dough in as many portions as desired. Color and flavor each portion differently as desired. Roll in small balls and roll in sugar. Press in mold. Turn mold upside down.
