Ingredients/Components
- popped popcorn remove unpopped kernels - 4 qt
- dry roasted peanuts - 1 c
- pecans - 1 c
- 1 stick margarine - 1/2 c
- oil - 1/3 c
- bag marshmallows - 1 lb
How to make popcorn cake:
Mix popcorn, M&M's and nuts together in a large bowl. In a saucepan, melt margarine, marshmallows and oil together. Pour over popcorn mixture and mix well with a large spoon or hands. Spray bundt pan with non-stick cooking spray and pack mixture tightly into pan. Let sit overnight or 3 hours before removing from pan.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Low protein.
