Pineapple rice pudding
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 C
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 3 C
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- butter - 3 tsp
- eggs, beaten - 3 item
- uncooked rice - 1 C
- pineapple, sweet - 2 C
How to make pineapple rice pudding:
Cook rice. Combine cooked rice with milk, salt, sugar, eggs, vanilla and pineapple. Pour into 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Cover with foil. Place on bottom of oven, watch so it doesn't burn. Cook about 30 minutes at 350 degrees or until done.Recipe categories: Desserts, Puddings and mousses, Pineapple.
