Ingredients/Components
- flour - 1 c
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- sugar - 1 Tbsp
- egg - 1 item
- shortening - 2/3 c
- water - 3/4 c
- can pie filling - 1 item
- lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
How to make crazy crust pie:
Combine flour, baking powder, salt, sugar, egg, shortening and water. Mix 2 minutes on medium speed. Pour into greased 9-inch pie pan. Pour pie filling into center, top with lemon juice. Bake at 425° for 45 to 50 minutes.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
