- sugar - 1 c
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- coconut - 1 c
- eggs, well beaten - 3 item
- crushed pineapple, undrained - 1 c
- stick softened oleo - 3/4 item
- pie shell, unbaked - 1 item
How to make pineapple coconut pie:
Add sugar, oleo and flour to beaten eggs. Beat well and stir in pineapple and coconut. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 425° for 15 minutes, then at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
