  • flour - 2 Tbsp
  • coconut - 1 c
  • eggs, well beaten - 3 item
  • crushed pineapple, undrained - 1 c
  • stick softened oleo - 3/4 item
  • pie shell, unbaked - 1 item

How to make pineapple coconut pie:

Add sugar, oleo and flour to beaten eggs. Beat well and stir in pineapple and coconut. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 425° for 15 minutes, then at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.
