Crazy crust apple pie

Ingredients/Components

• flour - 1 c
• baking powder - 1 tsp
• salt - 1/2 tsp
• sugar - 1 Tbsp
• egg - 1 item
• water - 3/4 c
• lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
• apple pie spice - 1/2 tsp
• shortening - 2/3 c
• can apple pie filling - 1 item

How to make crazy crust apple pie:

In a small bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt, sugar, egg, shortening and water. Blend well. Beat 2 minutes at medium speed. Pour batter into 8-inch pie pan. Combine filling (pie), lemon juice and spice. Pour into center of batter. Do not stir. Bake at 425° for 45 to 50 minutes.
