- half and half - 1 pt
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- parsley - 1/2 c
- salt to taste - 1 item
- crabmeat - 1 lb
- grated Swiss cheese - 1 c
- red pepper - 1 item
- stick butter or margarine - 1 item
- bunch green onions, chopped use tops also - 1 item
How to make crabmeat dip:
Melt butter in a saucepan. Add onions and parsley. Blend in flour and keep stirring on low heat. Add half and half and cheese; stir until melted. Add salt, pepper and crabmeat. Cook about 10 minutes.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Dips, Dips lunch/snacks.
