- lemon juice - 1 tsp
- 8 oz - 2 pkg
- Worcestershire sauce - 2 tsp
- diced green pepper - 1 Tbsp
- shredded sharp Cheddar cheese - 2 c
- finely chopped onion - 1 Tbsp
How to make cheese ball:
Combine first 7 ingredients; mix well. Shape into 2 balls; roll in pecans. Cover and chill. Remove from the refrigerator 15 minutes before serving.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Cheese, Spreads.
