Crabmeat au gratin
Ingredients/Components
- flour - 4 Tbsp
- egg yolks - 2 item
- butter or oleo - 1/2 lb
- green onion - 1 item
- large onion - 1 item
- fresh crabmeat - 2 lb
- celery ribs - 3 item
- mild grated Cheddar cheese - 10 oz
- large and 1 small Carnation - 1 item
How to make crabmeat au gratin:
Saute onions and celery in butter; add flour and blend; add milk and blend. Remove from heat; add egg yolks, crabmeat, salt, pepper and cheese. Put in casserole with cheese on top and bake until brown. Serves 6 to 8.Recipe categories: Seafood, Shellfish, Crab.
