Ingredients/Components

  • flour - 4 Tbsp
  • egg yolks - 2 item
  • butter or oleo - 1/2 lb
  • green onion - 1 item
  • large onion - 1 item
  • fresh crabmeat - 2 lb
  • celery ribs - 3 item
  • mild grated Cheddar cheese - 10 oz
  • large and 1 small Carnation - 1 item

How to make crabmeat au gratin:

Saute onions and celery in butter; add flour and blend; add milk and blend. Remove from heat; add egg yolks, crabmeat, salt, pepper and cheese. Put in casserole with cheese on top and bake until brown. Serves 6 to 8.
