Stuffed mushrooms with crabmeat
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 6 oz
- sour cream - 1/2 c
- butter or margarine, melted - 2 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- snipped fresh dill or 1 tsp - 1 Tbsp
- plain dry bread crumbs - 3 Tbsp
- dashes hot pepper sauce - 3 item
- envelope Lipton vegetable recipe soup mix - 1 item
- to 15 large mushrooms - 12 item
How to make stuffed mushrooms with crabmeat:
Preheat oven to 350°. Remove and finely chop the mushroom stems. In a medium bowl, combine chopped mushroom stems, vegetable recipe soup mix, crabmeat, sour cream, bread crumbs, dill, hot pepper sauce and pepper. Set aside. On lightly greased baking sheet, arrange mushroom caps. Stuff with crabmeat mixture, then brush with melted butter. Bake 15 minutes or until tender.
