Ingredients/Components
- eggs, lightly beaten - 4 item
- light cream - 1 c
- 9-inch pie shell - 1 item
- chopped onion - 2 Tbsp
- chopped green pepper - 1/4 c
- grated cheese
- chopped red pepper - 1/4 c
- sausage - 1 lb
How to make breakfast pie:
Cook sausage until done. Crumble and drain. Prepare 9-inch pie shell. Mix cheese and sausage. Sprinkle in shell. Lightly beat eggs in bowl. Combine remaining ingredients and add to egg mixture. Pour in shell. Bake at 375° for 40 to 45 minutes. Cool on rack for 10 minutes. Makes 6 to 8 servings.Recipe categories: Breakfast, Cheese, Pork.
