Ingredients/Components
- chopped onion
- mustard - 2 Tbsp
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- medium green pepper, chopped - 1 item
- salad dressing or mayo
- medium firm tomatoes - 3 item
- Jiffy cornbread mix, cooked, cooled and crumbled - 2 pkg
- to 10 slices bacon, cooked, drained and crumbled - 8 item
- cubed light Velveeta cheese
How to make cornbread salad:
Mix well and let set overnight. Will make 2 quarts and 1 pint. You can cut this in half.Recipe categories: < 60 mins, Breads, Salads.
