Ingredients/Components
- brown sugar - 1/4 c
- vinegar - 1 tsp
- chopped onion - 1 c
- chili powder - 1 tsp
- catsup - 1/4 c
- can pork and beans - 1 oz
- mustard - 1 tsp
- ground beef - 1 lb
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- green pepper, chopped - 1 item
- can kidney beans - 1 oz
- can butter beans - 1 oz
- pinch garlic - 1 item
How to make rancho beans:
Brown onion and green pepper in salad oil; add ground beef and brown. Drain and pour into a casserole dish. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Bake at 400° for 45 to 60 minutes.I drain part of the juice off of the beans. Also, you can use a different variety of beans.
