Cornbread salad


Ingredients/Components
- Mayonnaise - 1 c
- Onion, chopped - 1 item
- slices crisp Bacon - 9 item
- box Jiffy Cornbread Mix - 1 item
- Tomatoes - 4 med
- Bell Pepper - 1 item
- Pickle Relish - 1/2 c
- Pickle Juice - 1/4 c
How to make cornbread salad:
Cook cornbread as directed on package and crumble. Add chopped tomatoes, bacon, bell pepper, onion and pickle relish to cornbread. Mix mayonnaise and pickle juice. Put one-half of cornbread mixture in dish and cover with one half of mayonnaise mixture. Put other half of cornbread mixture and top with remaining mayonnaise mixture.Refrigerate.
