Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 Tbsp
- milk - 1 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- melted margarine - 2 Tbsp
- pepper to taste - 1 item
- medium eggs, beaten - 2 item
- fresh corn, cut from cob and scrape cob - 2 c
How to make corn pudding:
Mix all ingredients together and pour into buttered baking dish. Place dish in pan of hot water. Bake at 325° for 1 hour or until firm.Recipe categories: Side dish, Vegetables, Corn.
