- sour cream - 1 c
- egg - 1 item
- stick oleo, melted - 1 item
- box Jiffy cornbread mix - 1 item
- 2 can whole kernel corn, drained
- 2 can cream of corn
How to make corn pudding:
Beat eggs. Add the rest of the ingredients. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes. Sprinkle grated Cheddar cheese on top. Bake 10 minutes longer.Recipe categories: Side dish, Vegetables, Corn.
