Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- butter - 6 8
- chopped onion - 1 c
- mustard - 2 tsp
- sliced zucchini - 4 c
- Italian seasoning
- can Pillsbury crescent rolls - 1 oz
- cubed Provolone cheese - 8 oz
How to make zucchini crescent pie:
Line 8-inch pie pan with crescent triangles. Spread with mustard. Cook zucchini and onion with seasonings until tender.Beat eggs lightly in a large bowl and add cheese. Add hot vegetable mixture when done. Mix lightly and pour into pie dish. Bake at 375° for 18 to 25 minutes. Let cool 10 minutes before cutting.
