Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 c
- egg, slightly beaten - 1 item
- stick oleo, melted - 1 item
- can whole kernel corn, drained - 1 item
- can cream-style corn - 1 item
- Jiffy cornbread mix - 1 pkg
How to make corn casserole:
Slice potatoes thin. Put oil in skillet and get hot. Slice an onion with the potatoes and place in hot oil. Cook slowly with lid on. Remove lid after potatoes are tender and cook, uncovered, until brown. When potatoes have been placed in serving dish, sprinkle grated cheese and put on top of potatoes while hot.
