Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 20 oz
- sour cream - 1 c
- butter, melted - 1 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- crushed corn flakes - 2 c
- small onion, minced - 1 item
How to make hash brown potato casserole:
Put hash browns in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan or casserole dish. Mix in bowl 1/2 cup butter, 1 cup sour cream, cream of chicken soup, onion and cheese. Pour over potatoes. Mix corn flakes and 1/2 cup butter together. Place over mixture. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Vegetables.
