Ingredients/Components
- water - 1/2 c
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- small onion, chopped - 1 item
- bell pepper, chopped - 1 item
- cans creamed corn - 2 item
- Mexican corn bread mix - 1 pkg
How to make corn casserole:
Mix all of the ingredients and set aside. Melt 1/2 stick or less of butter or margarine in a 9 x 13-inch dish. Pour in mixture. Bake in a preheated oven at 350° for 1 hour. When done, sprinkle with grated cheese and let melt before serving.Recipe categories: Side dish, Corn, Casseroles.
