Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- pepper - 1 tsp
- grated cheese - 1 item
- Minute rice - 1 c
- stick oleo - 1 item
- onion - 1 item
- cans cream-style corn - 2 item
- jar pimentos - 1 item
How to make corn casserole:
Saute onions in oleo, add remaining ingredients except cheese and mix well. Pour into greased casserole and bake at 325° for 45 to 55 minutes. Ten minutes before done, top with cheese and finish baking.Recipe categories: Side dish, Corn, Casseroles.
